Lemon Butta Pie is my family’s best-loved recipe. My granddad taught me to make it, as his Southern mother taught him, and now I’m sharing it with you.

Our special ingredient is farm-fresh butter. It adds a depth of flavor and creaminess that cuts through the pucker of two lemons’ worth of juice for a rich, smooth body and perfectly sweet-tart finish. And did we mention the butter-crumb crust? Yep, this baby is an all-around crowd-pleaser.
